BISP 12500 Payment From 2nd Week of July

Here is the latest update for all eligible people of Pakistan who are not yet part of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). You can now register for the Benazir Kafalat 12500 Payment as BISP is accepting new beneficiaries through the latest enrollment via a dynamic survey.

New BISP Enrollments Starting July 2024

BISP will begin new enrollments in July 2024. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria of the 8171 program and score less than 32 are eligible for the quarterly Kafaalat payment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pakistani National: Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
• Age: Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Valid CNIC: Female applicants must have a valid CNIC.
• Special Conditions: Must be a widow, divorced, or have a disabled husband. Families with mentally or physically challenged members are also eligible.
• Poverty Index: Must have a poverty index of less than thirty.

Re-Enrollment and Survey Kafaalat Updates

Beneficiaries who were previously deemed ineligible for the Benazir Kafaalat Payment can re-conduct their survey in July. Women who have not yet completed their survey can also apply for the program during the latest registration starting from the 2nd week of July most probably from the 15th of July.

Special Instructions for Widows and Divorced Women

If you are widowed, divorced, or your husband is jobless, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil office and enter your details through the Dynamic Survey to verify your eligibility.

New Registrations and Phone Number Updates

700,000 new registrations are open for beneficiaries to register their phone numbers. This ensures that whenever their payments arrive, they will receive a message from “8171” as it happens for the BISP April to June Payment.

Payment Verification

For qualified women, the Benazir Kafalat Program is now accepting new registrations. Check your CNIC on the BISP website if you finished the survey. If your status is listed as eligible, you will receive your payment in April or June. If it indicates that you are ineligible, DG Naveed Akbar has stated that the final decision regarding the list of beneficiaries will be made in August.

Application Process for BISP New Applicants

1. Locate Your Nearest BISP Tehsil Center: Search for your local or nearest BISP Tehsil Center.
2. Visit the Registration Desk: Go to the BISP Dynamic’s registration desk.
3. Provide Documentation: Give your CNIC card and your children’s B-Form to the worker behind the counter.
4. Receive Token: A token for the new or updated survey will be issued to you by the staff.
5. Confirm Number: Confirm the number you were given and use it to find your way to the registration area.
6. Data Entry: You will be questioned by a data input operator about your financial and personal information.
7. Thumb Verification: Complete your thumb verification.
8. Receive Verification Message: You will receive a verification message from 8171.
9. Eligibility Confirmation: Eligible families will receive a confirmation letter verifying their eligibility for the 8171 program.

Payment Collection Without Deduction

According to the BISP Director General’s live session, beneficiaries who are eligible but not receiving their payments from any tehsil center can collect their payments at BISP campsites without any deductions.

Important Guidelines

• No Deductions: Women who receive their money after deductions or give money to agents without objecting will be permanently removed from the program.
